Counsel / Investor Overview
A plain-English view of what AMGS is, what has been built, what is verifiable, and what remains roadmap.
What AMGS is
AMGS is a human-led governance layer for orchestrating, comparing, verifying, and preserving multi-model AI activity. It is intended to make AI process behavior more reviewable and less dependent on a single opaque response.
What has been built
A working Node/Postgres-backed AMGS deployment exists with route protection, authentication paths, access request intake, protected governance routes, evidence/chain patterns, admin guards, and operational health checks.
What is verifiable
Current verification includes live route expectations, protected-route behavior, frontend secret scan, retired-file blocking, PM2 process state, database presence, governance pattern preservation, and AMGS Doctor 0 failures / 0 warnings.
What remains roadmap
Formal third-party security review, counsel-supervised patent claim refinement, deeper UI polish, production onboarding controls, customer packaging, and independent commercial diligence remain next-stage work.
Review posture
AMGS should be reviewed as a working governance system with a preserved backend and a newly simplified public presentation layer. Claims should remain tied to demonstrable artifacts, logs, route tests, hashes, and counsel-reviewed filings.
